You don’t know what goals to set up? Read this.

The reader recently wrote a challenge that is a much People face, even if they don’t always speak aloud:

“I want to get in shape, but I don’t know what goals they’re put. Boarding, the marathon, Calisthenics, Bodybilding. And I would worry about doing it. And I’m worried I’ll do it.

If I echo with you, you are not alone.

In a world full of fitness influence, gym and great transforms, easy to lose the track what you Actually they want.

So to reduce and make this easier.

🧙♂ 1. Please try the question of Genie

Imagine that your gentlema gentle is your fitness desire. But there is a clutter: Wake up tomorrow without remembering desire to approve.

What is the first thing you notice? Take a picture for me.

Maybe it’s:

  • Jump out of bed without pain or stiffness
  • You feel safer in your clothes
  • Fitness is a more natural part of your daily routine
  • You have more energy for traveling, playing or everyday life

This helps you think about outcome you want without being lost in methods (like Crossfit or bodybuilding).

Because here’s the truth:

Depending on your goal, there are much Methods that lead in the same outcome. The best? That’s what you enjoy holding up.

🧠 2 Ask 5 pipes

If you still feel foggy about your goals, try this:

Ask yourself:

“Why do I want to get in the form?”

Then, whatever your answer is, ask why Again. (Repeat up to 5 times.)

With digging deeper, we can often find something that really resonates with us.

Maybe they take us from “I want to alleviate in a great form” to want to play with my grandmothers on the floor without pain. “

It’s a great start, because it gives us a few more ideas to get there.

For example, if you want to be able to play with your grandmothers without pain, you could start from:

  • We represent daily mobility and flexibility routine
  • Practice balance on different fun ways
  • Add power strength training in bath 2k / week

They will all help you enter the form, but more importantly, help you get up in a way that connects with your deeper reason why.

⚠ But … if you’re using you? Skip it.

We trained a lot of people that are stuck here.

They think:

“Mine why it’s not deep enough.” “I would be more motivated that I just have the right why.”

But here’s a thing:

You don’t need a perfect reason. You just need to start.

Yes, it is useful to reflect. Yes, the harmonization of your actions with your values is great.

But you will learn much more about what is really important to you work than you will overcome.

So if you feel stuck? Choose a general direction. Take a step. See what happens.

Later you can always correct course.

🧭 3. Correcting the course is not a failure

I think this is another key part of the goals setting:

It’s okay to change your goals after you start!

Sometimes it’s enough to say:

“I think I want to feel better. I’ll start taking consistent actions in that direction.”

As you go ahead, you’ll get clarity. You will understand what is and is not Important for you.

Since there are few secrets here: most of our customer coaches change their goals at least once while they go.

That doesn’t mean they failed. That means they learned. And continued to move forward.

If you feel overwhelmed with all fitness noise, you are not broken.

You are simply ready to stop chasing someone else’s goal and start building your own.

And if you want help with that? I would love to hear where your head is.

Just press the answer and talk about it.
