Shannon Smith (@shannon.lsf)

Total pounds lost: 4

Shannon’s story:

“I lost an inch and on my belly and 2.5 inches right above the hips!

I am so proud of the work I worked on this challenge because I’ve never been so consistent. This challenge meant me more, because I made a decision priorities of your health over everything else.

That meant that I Started the thyroid glands For the first time, He really advocated me with the doctor, I have great in line with exercise and overcome this lifestyle of the 80/20 life I’ve always wanted. While the scale did not show all my progress, I was He is amazed to see how fast I spilled an inch from the waist.

I also noticeyeah The wave of trust returns to my lifeAnd helped me feel happier in the world. Me I started dressing in my clothes I like better and expire parts of my body I’ve hid so long. I’m also stronger (returned to my 15lb dumbbell!) And even I want to try at least at the gym.

I did it all from home, on the beach and with my dollsi. I’m still going hard, even though I’ll be back at school (I’m a teacher) exhausting. I learn how It is important to take care of yourself first (through nutrition, exercises, rest, etc.) so that I can show up better everywhere. I loved HBMP because it was allowed to eat things I loved and that I was flexible when I needed it. I’m going back through that now.

And most of all, I enjoyed her group of responsibility because they were girls who have understood in my life through what I’m going throughRecording! It was so amazing to win the award of the week 3, because it was felt like they were seen for all their hard work! Thank you for this amazing community and I’m so excited to continue to continue with these habits. “

Dara McCann (@ Dara.LSF)

Total pounds lost: 2.8

Dara’s Story:

“This challenge was special for me! It marked me Annual anniversary of the consistent daily movement and focus on the diet. A lot of turning, including my 400 days and a few PRS in the entire summer fitness.

There were days when I didn’t feel like moving my body and faced craving for pizza and roll cinnamon, but then I remembered why I was doing this: to be a strong woman who is not a style for the possibility of more.

I am So proud of progress in only these 6 short weeks. Until I lost many pounds, I feel I’m starting to get a muscle and see the definition.

I am very grateful to the LSF community, and even winner of 5. Week – which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, thanks for another fantastic challenge! “

Cambria (@motivated_mama_lsf)

Total pounds lost: 5.4

Cambria’s Story:

“The journey this time there was a more long-term goal, not just a challenge to challenge focusing. January 2025. years, I started with 20 pounds loss With the main “why” to take care of himself. From my 2025 goals planner: “My most important thing I want to achieve this year loses 20 kilograms to physically function better and have a better mental state” This challenge helped me drop these final few pounds and I achieved my goal to lose 20 pounds this year.

Is it though? Absolutely not. 2025. will still be the year of change. I am in the early 40s and I experience high and a series of perimenopause. I’m tired to be tired and temperamental. Focusing on mental health, physical wellness and growth in my relationship with Jesus will still be central to every day that goes forward.

I feel better than I have for a while. I have more energy, less moody (most of the time;) and I am Hearing the compliments my husband gives me. It’s always an ohrabric, but When you don’t feel good in yourself, it’s hard to get compliments as they were intended. I ‘m excited to see God will continue to work in these remaining 4 months from 2025. years and I look forward to continuing to appear with LSF to improve my health. “
