Why Chad Michael Murray Takes His Abdominal Routine So Seriously

Chad Michael Murray maintains abs for the best possible reason.

Murray, 43, talked about taking his basic routine seriously during the chat Interview Magazine on Wednesday, December 11. When asked what his secret is to always having a ripped six-pack, the actor cheekily replied: “I’ll say he has a beautiful wife, wanting her to be happy.”

Murray explained that although his wife, Sarah Roemer“totally not the type” to “demand” a six-pack, he still wants to “look good for the missus”

In addition to keeping Roemer, 40, happy, Murray also keeps up with his workouts for his own sake. “I also like to be in a certain place at all times, just in case an opportunity like this arises,” he said, referring to his recent film, Good luck gentlemenin which he is male player game. “It’s a lifestyle.”

After the premiere of The Merry Gentleman, fans (and let’s be real, U.S) went to X to swoon over the actor’s body like a rock.

“I don’t mind seeing Chad Michael Murray’s abs 😋,” wrote one social media user. “He ages like a fine wine.” Another agreed: “He looks bloody good!” while more dropped a chef kiss emoji.

In addition to his sultry film, Murray also posed semi-nude for the Netflix calendar, which was released last month. The playful photos feature a shirtless Murray posing with Christmas trees, petting a turkey, dressed as the Easter Bunny and more, depending on the month.

If you ask U.SSeptember is Murray’s warmest month. For fall dates, he posed in partially unbuttoned football pants while holding a football and helmet. Murray stared dramatically into the distance with a black eye drawn across one cheek.

For his birth month, August, Murray held a funfetti cake while biting into a noisemaker at the party. Murray shrugged his shoulders at the camera with a knowing smolder.
