Are you familiar with the saying … Turning houses in homes, one job at the same time. Well, that’s what Ed and I helped our daughter, Mandy and Zet, Matt starts working last weekend.
You may remember I posted about their wedding A few months ago. After being married, they lived in the house of my daughter that she bought 3 years ago.
She made that house in a comfortable happy cottage and loved him, but she was too small to launch family, so they decided to sell it and find bigger home they did in record time.
They found an older home who had some nice corrections, then put a “happy cottage” on the market. Sold in a week.
They imprisoned both homes last week, but before they were looking into a new home, so they can paint a few dark rooms in order to fit in your style, install new floors from your house, and get the floating houses.
It is an old house with lots of character – updated kitchen, pocket doors, lots of casting floors and hardwoods in whole, except for kitchen, laundry and saucing rooms and climbing rooms.
The colors for a wall of paint can make or break the way the space is felt and Mandy and Matt wants the walls in all rooms to be easier.
Painting the walls in brighter colors brought new energy to the house. We only had time to do the first floor, but bedrooms, baths and hallways on the second floor have dark walls and will paint after moving to the house.
The dining room was dark blue …
… and very great. A lot of colors were supposed to become.
Not only we painted 3 rooms, but we also hit a very stinking carpet in the room in the room. Once Ed removed the carpet, and all the carpet is raised, I went down on my arms and knees and gave noon in the good needed pila.
It was very stinky. I cleaned and rinse under 3 times until she was pure. Once there was dry, Ed and Matt started to set up new room floors.

We were eating and moved and rolled and cut the entire weekend until we finish painting the walls in all 3 rooms.
I didn’t arrive after the footage of the dining room and the foyer, but here is how the living room looks like Sv pink on the walls.
Lighter color really opened the room and fits on their style of decorating.
The following for these rooms are new light fastenings and windows treatments, but can wait until it moves into the house.
While Mandy and I painted, Ed and Matt got a new substrate of Plank planks who bought on the restore habitat in Charlottesville.
They were quite a team and they did everything, base gluing and everything.
The rest of the house has a hardwood floors that are recalculated before moving to the house this week.
Until then, Mandi and Matt will take kitchen objects in the house and organize them in their new kitchen because I can access the room without disturbing the floors in other rooms of the house that enter other rooms
It is a great house with yards and a large apartment 2 stories that will be used for storage, but it could be converted to the pension.
I will send more with you while making updates. The following will choose accessible speeds of windows, I help them with it and will be shared more about what they are choosing with you soon.
