Sidney Thomas, also known as “The Girl With The Viral Ring” after being thrust into the spotlight after appearing on Jake Paul – Mike Tyson fight last month, it’s back to square one.
Thomas (21) announced the news of her return over two Instagram Story Posts shared on Thursday, December 12th.
“Back in uniform,” she wrote alongside a selfie, where she was seen rocking her ‘ring girl’ outfit. Another full-length post showed her outfit in full, and she simply wrote that it was a “weigh-in.”
Since she was immediately catapulted into famThanks to her performance as a ring girl in a highly anticipated fight in November, Thomas’ career continued to rise.

Earlier this month, she announced she officially signed with the sports division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which takes special care of big names such as the MLB star Shohei OhtaniNBA star Devin BookerNHL star Sidney Crosby and WNBA star Cameron Brink.
Thomas revealed the news on social media on December 1 via a TikTok video highlighting “the craziest week of my life.” In the video – which included footage from her meeting with CAA – she revealed in the caption that she had officially “signed”.

Recently, there have been big changes in Thomas’s personal life. Student recently called it stops with her boyfriend, but clarified that the split happened before she became internet famous.
“(I) had no problem with him at all – he was great,” Thomas told the YouTube creator Nick Naiersina in an interview dated December 2.
“I just broke up with him because I was like, ‘I just needed it and I want more time with myself,'” Thomas added.
In the interview, she explained that she also wanted to be able to “discover who I am” and that she needed space to simply “be alone.”

Since the big fight between Paul and Tyson, Thomas has been attracting more and more attention with his stride.
Speaking with Us Weekly after the fight, Thomas said she was “very blessed and very grateful” for all her new fans.
“I think the next thing for me is to continue to build my social media and continue to work with (Paul’s) top promotions and be a ring girl,” Thomas said. “I think I tapped into the ring girl and modeling aspect of my life and shared that with my audience that I’ve built now.
In addition to new fans, Thomas also attracted critics, but she had a message for those who underestimated her.
“Contrary to popular opinion or belief, I’m actually smart,” Thomas said via a TikTok video posted in late November. “People get the image that a pretty blonde has no brains.” But I got a 33 on the ACT in high school and am graduating college a year early. So take that as you will.”
