Trump nominated Truth Social CEO Nunes to lead the intelligence committee

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday named ally Devin Nunes, a former U.S. lawmaker who now runs Trump’s social media platform Truth Social, as chairman of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board.

Nunes, a longtime Trump defender who led the U.S. House Intelligence Committee during part of Trump’s first term in the White House, will remain CEO of Truth Social while serving on an advisory panel, Trump said in a post on the platform.
