Tori Spelling he remembers the torture holiday the 1992 incident.
“19 and Riding in a Hollywood Christmas.”🎄Parade my teenage dream on and off camera @brianaustingreen,” Spelling, 51, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, Dec. 14, sharing a throwback photo with Green, 51. “I grew up watching this event on TV and was beyond excited that Donna + David were asked to ride in a vintage car through the parade.”
She added: “It was 1992 and (beverly hills,) 90210 was at its peak. It was a great ride until I got shot with a BB gun. You didn’t see that coming, did you?”
According to Spelling, she suddenly felt a “sharp pain” shoot through her leg.
“I remember waving to the crowd as our car moved through the parade and suddenly I felt it.” hot sharp pain on my leg,” Spelling recalled. “I whispered to Bria, ‘Omg I’ve been shot!’ He replied in our usual banter, (he said) ‘You’re being dramatic.’ Fair enough, he knew me well. I had a passion for drama.”
During the rest of the parade, Spelling “shrugged it off like (her) overactive imagination” and continued to wave at the attendees.
“All teenage angst aside, after the parade, I immediately checked my jeans and sure enough, there was a Levi’s burn on my upper thigh,” she added. “Needless to say, it took me decades to ride in another parade. But I still love the tradition of watching it annually on television with my kids.

Spelling and Green rose to fame playing Donna Martin and David Silver, respectively, for 10 seasons beverly hills, 90210. Not only were the characters introduced as love interests, but Spelling and Green became an item in real life.
“I remember our last conversation and the last thing we said to each other 18 years ago. I cried,” Spelling said earlier during the August episode Greene’s “Oldies” Podcast with her brother, Randy. “I remember crying that we were going to lose touch because we were so close. It was almost like I was going through a divorce or something.”
Green, however, was adamant that he and Spelling could stay in touch.
“What I remember is passing (your boyfriend at the time and our colleague) Vincent (young)‘s house to see you for a few days after we’d been squirming and trying to keep the relationship going,” Green recalls. “But it got to the point where I never got that from you. And then I remember that I was at 90210 The DVD release party you were married to Dean (McDermott) and I was with Megan (Fox) when we were just dating – you got there and never said hi to me once. I just kept missing you and then you were gone.”
He added: “It was just like, ‘She just doesn’t want to be my friend.’ I honestly felt that way. I tried to visit you and I would call you. When it was not reciprocated, I gave up. I didn’t know what was going on in your life.”
Green and Spelling eventually reconnected after their divorces from Fox, 38, and McDermott, 58. In fact, it was Green who convinced Spelling to sign Dancing with the stars season 33 this fall.
“I was like, ‘What do you think? Shall I do that?” Spelling exclusively narrated Us Weekly in September. “And he’s like, ‘Absolutely.’ He’s like my best friend.”
The spelling, however, was first star eliminated.
