Things will soon become crazy


19. December 2001. year, the communion of the theater of the Ring and Culture of Nerma has been changed forever forever.

As I watched this scene, I couldn’t laugh because I thought of the current gym that took care of the crowd in January:

“They’re coming …”

Currently, millions and millions of people are ready for “New Year, New Me.”

Many of these people – maybe themselves involved – they decided that 1. January will be a day to return to the gym or start the training routine.

I think this is BrilliantRecording!

Studies show that there is a “fresh start” or choosing certain weather sights as per 1. January may be useful to change changes.

However, there is one problem: “You go to the gym regularly” is not one decision.

These are dozens of decisions that must be made:

  • What gym will you join?
  • Will you change at home or in a room with a locker?
  • What is the situation in the parking lot?
  • What time of the day works best for you?
  • What is the level of membership in the gym?
  • Will you choose class or train yourself?
  • Which equipment will you use?
  • Do you know how to use that equipment?
  • Will you take a shower at the gym or at home?
  • How many times a week will you succeed?
  • What if your equipment is used?

If you find the gym intimidating or anxiety instinuing, doing all this in January is like playing video games on legendary difficulties:

The equipment you want to use can be occupied.

The auxiliary situation in the parking lot can be a nightmare.

The class you want to take may be full.

You will ask for an excuse to tell you why you can’t do something. If you are intimidated by the gym or decreased because it is crowded, then your brain will pray to stay at home and never join.

I know right now, your brain tells you “wait until 1. January …” Before you try again.

That’s fine!

However! If you are willing to take a few steps, since you will have a much better opportunity to succeed.

So here is a challenge …

Join today, but don’t even exercise!

This is the perfect opportunity to join without Added pressure in whole humanity:

This allows you to crawl all additional decisions from the road:

In which gym, where to park, at what time of day you go etc.

I am a fan of Terry Crews Council to build a habit of going to the gym:

“Go to the gym and just sit there and read the magazine, then go home. Go to the gym, don’t go to the gym.

Because the habit of going to the gym is more important than exercise. Because it doesn’t matter what you are doing.

You can have fun – but as long as you’re having fun, you still do it. “

Try and think of these coming two weeks as a beta test without expectation!

There is no exercise routine.

Make sure you know where the equipment is and how it works

You are doing a dry ride that would be that in the morning or night.

You don’t have to beat yourself up because you are not perfectly consistent.

Instead, you just focused on building the most difficult part of the routine now (entering the car or walk in the gym and opening the door).

Which means you can hit 1. January with swing. And never underestimate how powerful momentum can be.
