I talked about it Previous posts How I like pedal to stand on an upright bike. This is aerobic challenging challenging and feels a little like running that is great for ex runner. But lately I didn’t manage to do it much because my mine was common. It is not too bad in itself, but it can be an early sign of oxygen that falls on which I definitely want to avoid. I mentioned that I have problems with this In the past . But I remembered my shared belt you can help in it, so I’m trying to try it at my rides recently. For a little bit, I add more stops, and today I managed to escape with pretty little no problem. I did it in the district park Anderson Lake and Putoma from dirt near the COIOTE CREEK trail. I forgot how it allows me to submit a robust field because your feet absorb a lot of vibrations during standing.
I also avoided longer driving on my upright bike, but with a common belt, I worked well on a three-hour group driving last on Tuesday. I’ll be nice to drive more and more and add more variety in my training.
