We all know how hard it can be to show up on our own – especially when life gets busy or motivation drops. But what if this time your workouts could do more than just help you feel stronger?

From October 15, we invite you to join Love your BODi 10 Workout Challenge*: a movement to recommit ourselves to our health and raise support for a cause close to our hearts—Save a Warriora non-profit organization that provides life-saving support to veterans, first responders and others dealing with PTSD.

It’s a powerful way to build momentum on your own journey, inspire those around you, and make a real difference together.


Here’s how it works

    • Commit to 10 workouts.
      Complete any 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite programs or explore something new—every workout counts.
    • Connect and celebrate together.
      Join the free Challenge Room within the BODi Experience community to stay motivated, share wins and participate in a fun points-based community challenge designed to keep the energy high.
    • Make an impact.
      For each participant who completes all 10 training sessions, BODi will donate $5 to Save the Warriors—up to $25,000. Each session helps you achieve your goals and support those who have served our country.
    • Earn a limited edition BODi badge.
      Once you’ve completed all 10 exercises, you’ll unlock an exclusive limited-edition “Love Your BODi” badge — a symbol of your dedication, strength, and compassion.

Meet your challenge with Tony Horton’s Strength 4

There’s no better way to start your challenge than with something fresh. He October 15on the same day the challenge starts, BODi legendo Tony Horton drops his brand new program –Strength 4—in the library of BODi members.

Either way you choose Strength 4 or any other workout in our library, each session brings you closer to your goal of 10 workouts.
