Story:
“Honestly, I almost didn’t give up my story Because I wasn’t 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Well, that’s the point, isn’t I?” Life will not be perfect all the time, and we are neither. It’s during these imperfect moments we need Bounce and adhere to the foundation.
I started strongly, but about 6. I had to undergo unexpected operations, which made me to the rest of the challenge. Despite the roadblock, I got stuck for the foundations of LSF HBMP and now I’m 12 pounds lighter and a total of 12.5 inches less! If you take anything from my story, let it be: Don’t let one little hiccup ruin the whole trip! I could have dropped the towel and gave up, but I didn’t, and the results were out of amazing. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see the results.
“The old one would give up the moment I had surgery, I’m thinking,” Fuck him, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what’s the point? ” But I realized that LSF is not just another nutrition or fad – it’s really life style and sustainable in it! For the past 8 weeks, they have proved me and we hope to follow my trip on Instagram. I’ve never felt better (or look like) and the self-confidence I have now is invaluable.

“The last three years were my life changed for me. I’ve started two beautiful babies, as well as my family. After I grew on my mother. really struggled with loss of weight and maintained more than 15 pounds with what I started. After my son, I just added what I’ve already gained, but this time I wanted to stop watching a weight loss as a one-time goals but rather forever lifestyles that could be held. Me Lost £ 8 During this challenge and now I am below my weight offender For my son !!
But that’s not what is most important to me. Besides my before and after pictures for this challenge I have Before and after thinking. Before I thought, if I don’t comply with my plan, I’m a failure. I can and restart tomorrow. After I mean, If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s okay, I’m a manRecording! I might too In a moment find joy because I’m still on my way!
For me this challenge was not about being perfect (although Hello 55 Daily Electricity Applications!) It was about it Discipline to push and remain consistent while I have the grace of accepting when things are not “perfect”. There were days I had no energy to enter everything, but I still found a way to move at the moment and I give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed an ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure I achieve my protein objectives and that Veggie made every meal. I am so proud of what I have achieved in the last 8 weeks, but more importantly, I am proud of the box I asked to continue to achieve my goals and Become the best version and a role model for my children and husband!“

“SSD was a challenge to open the eyes For me, because it was my first 8 weeks challenge back to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and estimate what he kept me luck in my skin and I really try my diet. Me Cut excessive alcohol and tried to recognize what calories they enter and go out! And 1000% increased my activity With bonus moves, application exercises and walking every day at least a mile at work or with my dog. Me stopped saying And I started digging into my discipline of the reserve, something that was not used for a long time.
One huge change I’ve conducted this challenge was actually Joining a group of responsibilities. It was nice to see other women pass through the same things I was with scheduling and feeling burned, etc. But we He constantly appears for myself! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and fell in love with my body movement again 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but strengthening mental knowledge and mood! I am Fully love sweat fitness Vernie since 2019 And you just keep me impressing the quality and quantity of challenge to motivate and watch the best. “
