Our Spring Slim Down Challenge (SSD) is 8 weekly challenge from 10. Marta 2025. Just 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks.

January may have been a POCC, and your resolutions may have been kicked, as we move into spring, remember that it is about the renovation, growth and opportunities! Get ready for the summer starting now!
