Hi friends! I hope you have an amazing morning. If you feel a little blah and seek motivation, I hope you join us for this year’s Spring Spring Wellness Challenge. All details are below!

I run on my blog in my blog from the very beginning, and every year develops into something different and better than before the year before. This is 100% thanks to all of you: Your support and common motivation with each other, check and great comments keep this thing. Make each other in a way of your goals and as a fan from the brand, it is cordial and inspiring to see.

What is the spring spring wellness challenge?

What to expect:

We are rolls and roll on Monday, 21. April.

When you sign up, everything comes to your mail: 2 weeks of exercise + video tutorials, weekly plans and guidelines on structuring your week, packaging prescription and full two-week meal for a healthy dish Inspo. You can start with us 21. April or if you are ready to go now, start whenever you want!

Your goal is to complete 10 training in 14 days, take a wellness type to share every day in the received mail and see what works for your life. My goal is to feel energized and amazing – spring forward in progress and swing.

How to set up for success:

Gather stock.

You will need the following tools for a successful challenge:

1) on your phone on your phone or tracking tool (application).

I like to hit him in the old school and write down my training and life in a notebook. Find what best works for you and practice this week in making meals, exercises, water intake and how you feel every day. If you plan to follow macrons, download my fitness friend or chronometer.

2) dumbbells.

Exercises will only be dumbbells and only body weight, which means you can work anywhere at any time. For beginners, I suggest 3-5 lb weights to start, intermediates 8-15 lbs and advanced 15 lbs +.

Find a challenging weight for you and consider investing in light and difficult set. You will use your light for your smaller muscle groups (like Triceps) and difficult for larger muscle groups (former: back and feet).

3) bottle of great storm.

This will be your challenge persecution (and to be real, it shoved it there. We need to hydrate!). Find one you like and get ready to wear it everywhere with you!

4) good sneakers.

If your shoes are on their (literally) last leg, it’s time for a new couple. Make sure you have comfortable, functional sneakers that suit you well. My sneakers are vivobarefoot.

5) Buddy for exercise.

6) Start the motivation of Mojo.

Set your intentions or create inspiration. If you want to write it all, take a few minutes for the magazine about how you want to feel when the challenge is complete. Why do you want to change your routine? What is not working right now? What do you want to feel like two weeks? What do you want to achieve? Start pumping for success!

A friendly reminder that this challenge does not work in weight loss; It’s about going back to routine, taking the current routine at the next level, creating healthy habits and feel amazing. If a weight loss, muscle building or fat loss part of your goal, I will absolutely support you with that!
