Solenses again! – Bionicoldgui


I felt great last week doing some long rush driving. But after a particularly difficult drive last Wednesday, my sciatica flapped again, this time on the left. A few days kept me awakefully acting the night because I couldn’t find a sleep position without a strong pain that radiates the left leg. Fortunately after a few days of rest and not driving, calmed enough, so it was last Saturday to be able to sleep. On Saturday I was dealing with bike and since then I have not been able to drive for 30 minutes since I was going to be easily sent down. So I think the inflammation descends, and the sciatic nerve doesn’t cheer much. I also do all PT I know to open an area. Over the next few days I will continue to slow and easily ramp riding as tolerated. I know the exercise from past experience, it can take up to two weeks to make it easier for this to be cleaned. This episode was well timed because it was pretty rain lately, so I haven’t missed me so much that I miss reduce riding.

Fortunately, a few months have passed since my last of this. I intend to keep the average day training up to 90 minutes or less to avoid another recurrence. Last week, it’s over two hours a day when the recurrence was encouraged. I will also try to make a better job to do PT to strengthen the muscles that stabilize the hip area and lower back.
