Ex Bachelor star, 29, who competed at Peter WeberIn the 2020 season, she met Fred, 28, shortly after her time on the reality series ended. The couple married in June 2022 and welcomed their first child, a son Beauin March of this year.
While Sydney is now embracing life as a soccer wife, she’ll be the first to tell you that it took some adjusting.
“You’ve found your footing,” said Sidney, who spoke exclusively to him Us Weekly through her partnership with The Cocktail Collection. “I think it took me a while to find my niche and where I felt comfortable as a wife, now a mother, a girlfriend at the time.” Now I’m Fred’s partner and we’re a duo. That’s an amazing thing to say.”

Sydney continued: “As a team we work really well together. It’s nice to be able to be a teammate with him and for me to find my footing as well. I think it’s just time. And everything is resolved.”

For all the attention given to the team, both on and off the field, Sidney said the Niners family is one of support and encouragement.
“It was a lot different at the beginning, but now there’s this huge community of working women,” Sydney said. “Women are kind of in the spotlight now, which is so refreshing to see.” It’s really cool to see things change, you know?”
Sidney added, “To be with such an incredible community and organization like the Niners, I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. We are so happy to be here and so blessed.”
While the 49ers are fighting for their playoff lives in the NFC West, Sydney is busy juggling a busy holiday season at home — where The Cocktail Collection enters.
“It’s always crowded this time of year,” Sidney told us. “It’s so busy with football. I knew I was going to host and have people watching and excited for the games. The whole dynamic of a light, ready-to-drink cocktail was music to my ears.”
