Refined details create a classic look

This Paradise Valley, Arizona, the home was a wonderful French provincial touch, but also some dated details that met it. They included odd port clusters, awkward proportional classic pillars and Chunki Fauk Adobe ACCENTs. The homeowners, a couple with a teenager still at home, turned into the designer of the interior of Amy Klosterman, with which they would cooperate on the previous house, to rearrange the entire home.

The inspiration arrived from one of the recent Klosterman projects, the couple admired. “I suggested a clean, traditional style with a lighter range of cream, iloria, tapova and beyond black accents,” she says. The kitchen designer replaced HodgePodge styles and newspaper devices with simplified, well-proportional elements and a refined material range. The result is a functional, elegant space with a clean appearance.
