Poland Burger Bar offers a modern twist on a classical American dish

Located in Vroclav, Poland, a busy place for lunch is seemingly simple, but it is filled with the type of elements that add character. The open barbecue sits in the heart of space, framed by a crude structure of metal that resembles the city chair.

Long and leather chairs, reminiscent of furniture in traditional American dining rooms, also twice as a social zone where guests can eat their meals and watch chefs at work in open kitchen. The unique three-layer countertop resonates the appearance of a perfectly compiled hamburger.

Lighting offers ambience glow directed towards the ceiling, where the cork logo floats inside the circular frame. Materials that are bases, yet they have wealth. Colors such as deep caramels brown and orange tones represent tastes and heat synonymous with cooking and are together with a soft baby blue shade of mark to create a balanced, fresh palette.
