Nissan CFO Ma to lead China’s management overhaul, Nikkei tells Reuters


TOKYO (Reuters) – Nissan ( OTC: ) Motor Chief Financial Officer Stephen Ma will be moved to head its China business as part of restructuring measures at the struggling Japanese carmaker, a business daily reported.

Ma will be replaced as CFO by Jeremy Papin, head of North American operations, in a reshuffle of some executive board members next month, the paper said.

Makoto Uchida will remain chairman despite opposition from some executives, the report said, without citing sources.
