My idea for travel ✈

Here is the usual scenario that appears all the time:

“I travel the next few days. What should I do for exercise?”

Great question!

Today I want to share with you routine to exercise the exercise time.

I used variations of this exercise more than a decade with clients traveling to work, wedding, a long lasting holiday, you call it.

Let’s break it together to know exactly what to do next time you hit the road. 🙌

But first, I like to ask a really important question:

“What do you woman This trip looks? “

Because there is no “correct” answer.

Maybe:

  • Get closer to the current program and Hunt for the hotel gym, etc. (Important if you remain consistent things for your goal – or only if you enjoy it!)
  • NEEDS WEEK OF LOOKING (which is Completely alright – Research suggests that a full vacation week does not interfere with the muscle strength or building. 💪)
  • Or move on to a travel plan to keep the swing (we will cover it today!)

Whatever it is, we just want to know why We are doing so in accordance with that planned.

For anyone who wants to move, feel good and come back home without losing rhythm, here my work Body brand exercise box.

5 movement box

When I travel, I keep it easily with the exercise of the whole body that divided something to hit a little.

That way I don’t “wait” to do other parts of my body. Maybe I won’t even get to that next exercise, because the trip at best can be unpredictable!

Exercise no. 1: Sample Squirrel

Progressives:

Tip: If you are struggling with a squat mobility, try to set a valid towel under the heel to give yourself a little altitude. This takes an ankle mobility from the equation! It is recommended for variations aided and body weight. 👍

Exercise no. 2: Push pattern

Progressives:

Tip: Start the pushing imagining that you lean forward a little forward from the shoulder – it will make it harder!

Exercise no. 3: a hinge sample

Progressives:

Tip: The hinge is one of the more difficult things to train while on the way. If you can’t get a good training with one of these I like trying Side squat or puppet as an alternative.

Exercise no. 4: Pull the sample

Progressives:

Tip: Another challenging trait for training on the road. I especially like the corner match, but I see what it works for you! I had some clients pack the resistance range, so they can add things like rows and poulparts without taking a ton of space.

Exercise no. 5: Auxiliary / Core / Conditioning

Options:

Tip: This is the place “free for everything” in exercise. I will usually work here some kind of core here, but this is a good place to throw conditioning or any other specific auxiliary work like lateral backpacks, etc. If you want!

How to use it

You may have noticed: “But Matt, there are no sets and reps here?”

I can’t get through anything past you. 😉 Usually run this of two ways:

A. Time circle:

Work 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Cycle through all 5 moves for 2-5 rounds.

You can align that to a 40-second work, for 20 seconds rest instead.

B. Rour’s Rep-Marce:

Start your first round by working as many reps that you can with a good shape (up to 30 reps. If you can do 30 reps, try harder variations if you can!)

Then, do 1 or 2 more rounds in which you answer the total repetition number that you get in the first round, even if you have to take a few seconds of break to get there.

Example: 1. Threading wheel

2. Kolo Pushps – Vacation – 2 tires

3. Round (optional): 6 Pushps – Rest – 3 Pushups – Rest – 1 Pushup

Depending on the option and how many rounds you choose, this training will start 10-25 minutes and leave you to feel achieved and ready to deal with your day. 💪

The journey doesn’t have to be back. It’s just another adjustment environment.

You have to decide whether this is a deladoad journey, the week “maintains-moments” or chance to test their creativity to stick with the plan.

You have this!
