Muddy through the cold – bionicoldgui

I have a good ride at the beginning of last week. I especially enjoyed our challenging group driving on Tuesday up in the hills east of Gilrooy. It has no long risers, just many. I was tied to the end, with electrical helping (on my upright). So they impressed me and those without the help who made him. I learned a fun new term for bikes without assistial – “acoustic bicycles”.

Later a week, around Thursday, I started feeling a little under the passage. It’s hard to say whether this is only allergies at this time of year, but then I started getting a symptom and night, and then a light fever, so I guess it’s a cold. By yesterday I felt a little better so I hope to hit him. So, for a few days until yesterday, I just just done a light local ride. I also do yoga and stretching at night to relax and keep it if I don’t get sick. I will continue for longer and harder riding together with strength training. The return like this don’t bother me like they used to be, especially when I’m not on some trainings.
