Mom’s functional laboratories over 30 should start

Sharing some of my Mom Functional Laboratories for over 30 years.

Hi friends! How are you? What are you doing this morning? Today I have several calls, exercise and podcast interviews this afternoon.

For today, let’s talk about one of my favorite topics: Functional laboratories. (A friendly reminder that this post is not a medical advice. I am not a doctor, and these are just some of my favorite laboratories that suffer with clients. Before you make any health changes, reached by the doctor.)

What are the functional laboratories?

Functional laboratories exceed standard blood work that you usually get in the doctor’s office. Although conventional laboratories seek sick states or markers out of range, functional testing is designed to assess how good the body works before Things go wrong. These laboratories can reveal basic imbalances in hormones, minerals, hose health, detox roads and more; Often before symptoms become more serious.

Unlike standard tests, functional laboratories often use non-traditional samples such as saliva, urine, chairs or hair (instead of or next to the blood). This allows a more detailed view of what is happening in a cellular and metabolic level. For example, mineral analysis of hair minerals (HTMA) can show mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity, and test on saliva could process your stress reaction during the day – things you usually don’t see on routine bloodlength.

These tests are incredibly valuable for creating targeted protocols that support healing based on causes, not just symptom management. They can also be completed at home, making them super available.

Functional laboratories for moms over 30

If you are a woman older than 30 and feel like your body is not reacted as your energy is excluded, your dream is not in line, your exercises felt like rollogues like Rollercoaster. Maybe it’s time to look under the hood!

Functional testing of the laboratory is one of the greenest things you can do for your health. Instead of guessing which supplements should be taken or eating, Testing gives you data. It gives you clarity. She tells us where your body is out of balance and more important, what we can do about it.

(It is worth noting that these tests do not require diseases and are not used to diagnose the disease. Instead, they look shortcomings and toxicity so you can return your body back to balance.)

These are the basic functional tests I recommend for many my moms for over 30 years. They can be especially useful if you are in the 30s, 40s, 40s or beyond and want us to appear forward from symptoms as:

Hormonal imbalances

Fatigue and combustion

Weight gain (despite doing “all the right things”

Moodshells or anxiety

Sleeping trouble

Gut questions and bloation

Hair loss or skin change

My favorite tests functionally inserts

1. Stress, moods and metabolism test

This is Gamechanger. The Stress, mood and metabolism The test gives us a recording of your sex hormones (such as estrogen and progesterone), your stress hormone (cortisole), your thyroid (TSH, T4, T3, reverse T3, antibodies) and blood sugar markers.

Why it is important: These systems are deeply connected. If you have a stubborn weight, fatigue, irregular cycles or swings, this test can show you the full image. Many women are surprised that they discovered that their symptoms are related to disputes function thyroid gland or dysfunction, and once we know what happens, we can create a targeted action plan.

2. Organic acid test (OAT)

Imagine this as an internal report card on how your body actually works. Oats It overlooks over 70 markers related to bowel health, detoxification, neurotransmitters, levels of nutrients, mitochondrial functions, and even the growth of yeast or race or growth.

Why it is important: If you have mysterious symptoms that are not made that they are connected – or are only exhausted, foggy or all the time lit – this test is so useful. It often reveals hidden imbalances that other standard laboratories miss and gives us a clear direction where to support your body with targeted accessories or protocols. This can be especially considerable for autoimmune, digestive, leather and mood questions. Look here.

3. HTMA (mineral analysis of mineral hair)

This is one of the most rated, yet incredibly valuable, tests in functional medicine. The Htma She looks at your balance of minerals (such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and zinc) and exposure of toxic heavy metal (such as living, lead and aluminum).

Why it is important: minerals are the sidelets of your body. When they are out of balance – often due to stress, use of birth control, poor digestion or chronic infections – it can affect energy, metabolism, thyroid and detox. We also get an insight into the balk of the adrabution and your nervous system. It is a low-budget, noninvasive test that can offer a huge insight and is often the one I start.

4. IgG Food Sensitivity Test

Although not always necessary for all, food sensitivity testing can be helpful if you fight inexplicable, skin problems, skin problems or fatigue; Especially when these symptoms persist even with a pure diet.

Why it is important: food sensitivity can create low-grade inflammation in the guts, which can spill into hormonal health, immune response and energy. This test It can give us a temporary native folder on what to remove or decrease, so the gut can heal.

Here’s a big picture

These tests are not about perfection or “biohacking” their way into stress. About obtaining answers. And from these answers, creating a plan that feels you sustainable and personalized to you.

With the right data, you can:

Sleep better (and deeper)

Finally again has a constant energy

You feel mentally clear and emotionally grounded

Balance your hormones and improve the health of cycles

Understand exactly what your body needs right now

Stop spending money on supplements you don’t need
