After: Arnold took the house with an extremely durable textured aluminum product that painted almost a black gray, reminds of Shou-sugi-ban (Japanese style carbon made of wood). He paired him with a new black metal roof.

Arnold also had a growing vegetation along front of the house removed and added a lanary road to concrete in place.

The outdoor architecture of the house is largely still the same, including windows, some of which have an unusual feature of Pivot-Slide.

“They’re really beautiful,” Arnold says. “You won’t do anything like that again so it’s done.”
