Many riding this week – Bionicoldgui

I may have counted the scope of riding this week, but the weather was nice, so it was fun. Last Tuesday, we have done a group driving in the hills east of Gilroy who began at the entrance to Mendoza at the Harvey Bear Park. I usually ride there from my friend’s house, but lately the consequences for the common fact, I couldn’t drive upright, and I’m afraid my lying wouldn’t fit into her vehicle. So I rode lying down from home until the beginning, making it a total of 90 km for me (and 3 batteries). Yet there was a great ride. From the valley of this time of year, it looks really dry in the east hills, and it’s always amazing how nice it is when you get up in them. On Wednesday, I got one of my heavy rides, 85 km in 3 hours 25 minutes, with a little more than two hours completely pace, followed by some intervals and sprints. Thursday was the hard session of the upper body, and then easy rides for recovery, and then Friday went on a long yellow drive of 3 hours 20 minutes. Then yesterday was easier cycling and easy ride to recover a total of 70 minutes.
