It’s like hanging off the side of a plane, climbing the tallest building in the world and jumping from one building to another (and actually broke his ankle) was not brave enough, according to Cathy O’Brien, Tom Cruise‘s stunts in the upcoming Mission: Impossible – The Final Showdown the movie will be even more intense.

“Tom has always gone above and beyond in everything he’s done,” O’Brien — who stars in the film alongside Cruise, 62 — exclusively said Us Weekly while walking the Out100 red carpet in Los Angeles on Wednesday, December 11. “So if you thought that little motorcycle stunt in the last movie was something, this is absolutely terrifying.”

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One —the seventh film in the beloved franchise — Cruise drove his motorcycle off the edge of a cliff, flew off his bike and then parachuted to the ground. In preparation for the film’s death-defying scene and pulling it off safely, Cruise reportedly trained with a stunt coordinator Vade Eastwood for months.

The eighth film in Mission impossible franchise adds O’Brien to an already crowded cast. Returning cast members include Hailey Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Morales Essais, Pom Klementieff, Henry Czerny, Angela Bassett and Rolf Sakon. Christopher McQuarrie also returns direct.

O’Brian said U.S about her experience joining the team.

“I think one of the things I really loved was how collaborative the environment was. Like Tom and McQuarrie, they trusted me almost as soon as I got in there, and they really built this amazing team. The Mandalorian said the star.

“Tom is behind the camera and working with you the whole time.” It’s kind of crazy,” she added. “He’s right there in your face all the time. So I just think it’s great and they’re so passionate about it.”

O’Brien believes that after spending time with Cruise on the set, she earned a spot on the actor’s famous cake list, citing the actor’s famous coconut cookies that he sends to co-stars and friends during the holidays. Glenn Powell, Jimmy Fallon, Henry Cavill, Kirsten Dunst and they all allegedly received more the so-called “cruise cake”.

“I believe I have one in the mail,” O’Brien said U.S. “I can’t wait.” I hope that’s (it). I’ll be really disappointed if I find out it’s not what it is.”
