James Kennedy allegedly 'threw' the woman to the ground before he was arrested, police records say

In police records from the night of 2011 James KennedyArrested, he is accused of throwing an unidentified woman to the ground.

A woman allegedly told the Burbank Police Department that “her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground,” according to documents seen by multiple media outlets, including People.

The arresting officer was called to the scene for an “unknown issue.” It is not clear if Kennedy’s girlfriend, Alli Leverhe made a statement. Us Weekly approached Kennedy’s team for comment.

U.S confirmed on Thursday, December 12, that Kennedy, 32, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence earlier this week. He was released on $20,000 bail.

A third insider, however, claimed that Kennedy was “running” through the party and “causing a scene.”
