  • The diary is a meal: Diary two meals a day for at least four days.
  • Eat more fibers: Have a meal with at least 5 g of fiber for five days.
  • Boost protein intake: Hit your protein target at least three days this week.

How to start

  1. Open the app and find Weekly habits On your control panel.
  2. Select the habit of following and if you want, set a reminder to check in everyday.
  3. Back to app every day to confirm whether you have achieved your daily goal – and get ready for a small haptic surprise and enjoyment.

Tips for Weekly Success Habit

It’s not just about choosing a habit – it’s about approaching that habit right the way. Here are some tips:

  • The anchor habits in your routine. Pair new actions with existing habits such as drinking water before your morning coffee, or first eat vegetables on the board.
  • Be flexible. Life happens and that’s okay. Weekly habits are designed to help you customize and continue moving forward. You only have to guess your selected habit recommended number of times each week to count it as win.
  • Focus on progress – not perfection. By doing it, you can build the habits that last.
