ICC President Jay Shaw to attend IND VS AUS 3rd Test at Gabba

ICC Chairman Jai Shah and BCCI Interim Secretary Devajit Saikia will be there in Brisbane for the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia.

Jai Shah will be seen in Brisbane

Newly appointed ICC chairman Jay Shah will appear at the Gabba for the third Test India vs Australia in Gaba. The match starts on December 14.

BCCI Interim Secretary Devajit Saikia will also attend the match Jai Shah. Jay Shah will mark his official presence for the first time as the President of the ICC. He assumed this prestigious position on December 1, 2024.

Jay Shah’s journey from BCCI to ICC

Jay Shah previously served as the BCCI secretary, and has officially taken over International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman. He was elected as the chairman after an uncontested election held on 28 August 2024. Devajit Saikia was elected as the BCCI Interim Secretary

The Border-Gavaskar Trophy it has immense significance for team India. India wants to secure a place in the World Test Championship (VTC) final for the third time in a row.
