How to stay healthy and positive in personal challenges

Sharing some of my thoughts about care about yourself when things are hard.

Hi friends! I hope you have a beautiful morning so far.

Today I wanted to clarify a little difficult times and try for myself, even when you pass through it. I write this post previously for Spain and using Spain as a carrot to look forward to, because we went through it here. It was a big year with children and school situations and marriage and many things, I also use it for a reminder for myself.

Here is also worth mentioning here that I never like to be appeal, especially because I know that we all have different levels * hard. * The sorrowing comparison is grub and I try to keep in mind the fact that just because someone has it harder or worse than you doesn’t mean it’s not okay.

Life does not always go according to plan. We all face moments of heart, disappointment, illness, loss or overwhelmed. Personal challenges are a normal part of human experience, but it doesn’t mean they are simple. In fact, during these difficult times, it becomes too tempting to fall into the negativity cycle, separate from the habits that support us or indulge in unhealthy ways of dealing.

Whether they scramble with screens, skipping exercises or emotionally eaten to go through the day, we were all there. I was there. And what I learned both through personal experience and working with clients – whether it cannot always control our circumstances, we can control how we react.

Implementation of healthy habits and thinking of rooted in the stay of positive do not work pretending that everything is fine. It is about support to our bodies and minds so that we can face difficult times with resistance and grace. Today I wanted to share some of my strategies, so you can feel empowered, even in the storm.

Why positivity is important during personal challenge

Positivity is not about toxic optimism or ignoring their feelings. It is about the choice of hope through helplessness and actively dealt with a tool that supports your mental health and well-being.

When you embrace positive psychology during challenging times, it can:

Reduce the stress level by switching your nervous system out of combat or flight.

Help you remain motivated to decide to support your long-term health.

Strengthen your immune system, improve sleep and promote healing.

Offer clarity so you can make better decisions and see new solutions.

How to stay healthy and positive in personal challenges

1. Priorities 30 minutes of movement per day

Even when life feels hard, moving your body can be one of the most powerful ways to manage stress and reset your thinking.

Movement does not need to be intense or long – just 30 minutes walk, gentle stretching, dancing in your kitchen, or even yoga can reinforce endorphins, balances your mood and bring you to the present moment.

I like to think about moving as a moving meditation. Brings me back to my body and helps me process emotions in a healthy way. If it is difficult to start, just set the timer for 5 minutes. That’s all you need to build a momentum.

2 Nurture your body with the right food

When we are overwhelmed, it is easy to reach the benefits or completely skip meals. But feed your body with a real, nutrient nutrient, helps the stabilization of blood sugar, which supports mental health and mood regulation.

Focus on your entire food: skinny proteins, healthy fat, a lot of vegetables rich in fiber and water. Bonus points for eating proteins and vegetables before carbohydrates to support blood sugar balance.

It is not about perfection; It is about whether your body is fuel needed to move difficult times with more power and energy.

3. Exercise your gratitude everyday

Even in the darkest seasons, it’s always something to be grateful to you. Gratitude has been shown to be in practice of increasing happiness, lower depression and transfers our way of thinking from a lack of abundance.

Try this: Every evening before you go to sleep, write down the three things you are grateful. It can be small (your cup of coffee, friendly words of friends) or great (your health, your kids, a safe place to sleep). Gratitude winding your brain to seek good, which is especially useful during tough times.

4. Build support system

You don’t need to do life yourself. One of the best ways to keep healthy through personal challenges is to build a support network that you can rely on.

It could look:

Conversation with therapist or coach

Reaching toward a trusted friend

Joining the Community Support online or person

The connection is medicine. Don’t wait until you feel better to reach out; Sometimes you reach it how you start feeling better.

If you are looking for useful tools, supplements and non-toxic lifestyles, I have a list of my favorite goodness resources that can support you through challenging times.

5. Use tools to think to reduce stress

It is easy to feel overwhelmed when you are caught in a loop “What if” and the worst scenarios. That is why you return to the present moment is so powerful.

Carefulness doesn’t necessarily mean they sit still.

It can be:

Taking 10 deep breaths

Using basic essential oil

Host

Doing 5 minutes of meditation

Spend time in nature

These tools help you reduce the stress by calming the nervous system and the growing self-awareness. Even a few minutes can make a big difference in how you feel.

6 Set realistic goals (and the celebration of a small victory)

During challenging times, it is important to set realistic goals that feel feasible, do not prevail. If your usual list of responsibilities feels impossible, give yourself a scaling permit.

Maybe it’s:

You drink 8 glasses of water today

It goes for a 10-minute walk

Creating a nutrient meal

Every little victory creates momentum. And celebrate yourself for showing – even if it is in a small way – a beautiful form of self-esteem.

7. Focus on sleeping and rest

Sleep was founded for healing, hormone balance and emotional regulation. When we are accentuated or passing through a difficult time, it is easy to sleep to disrupt, because our mind runs or remain too late to escape.

Create a motor routine that supports holidays:

Dampen the lights

Turn off Screens 1 hour before bed

Use a weighted blanket

Try the Blue Light Blocking Before Sleep

Read something raised

Getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep helps your body make your body recover and give you energy to face what is in front of you.

8 Allow yourself to feel

This one is huge. Stay positive does not mean that avoiding their feelings – it means that it allows them to move through you so they don’t get stuck.

Allow you to cry. Be angry. Feeling sad. Emotions are not an enemy. The suppression of them can lead to more physical and emotional pain in the long run.

Try this: Instead of labeling emotions as good or bad, ask, what is this emotion trying to tell me? Sometimes sitting with feeling the first step for healing.

No matter what season you are, you know this: You are strong, you are not alone, and you are allowed to support yourself in any way you need.

Stay healthy and positive in personal challenges is not about being perfect; It is about getting to know compassion, using tools that reduce stress and remain connected to your values.

It is auxiliary to remember that everything is temporary, and simple healthy habits can support us with a long draw.

Send you a hug, friends.

xoxo
