“Kitchens 1883. They would not have a built-in cab as we know that today,” says McCarley. “Instead, they relied on detached tables, brackets with panels and wall shelves. We evaluated this tradition using open police, adapted plates of slabs and astonishing Mahogany island.”
The owner of the house found the local craftsman, Dale Peel, which built an island and all closets. They kept so many original coats and decorations as they could, and peel them with needed.
The domestic narrow door reiterated the challenge, however, when the island was delivered, however. “They couldn’t get an island in the house either,” McCarley says. “We had to get him home and take off all your legs, bring the top, bring your feet separately and put it together!”
