Let’s talk about protein desserts today. TBH, I feel like you’ll have a dessert … to have a dessert. Like real. There is no protein powder, no chickpeas, just give me chocolate and make sugar.

But I understand that these options are not best for blood sugar and that every desserts can add additional high-protein recipes that are not only delicious, but are packed with good ingredients that you don’t just abolish you and satisfied you. Whether you are gluten without gluten dairy or just want some new treats after exercise, I have.

This one is my favorite in our house! Made with frozen bananas, your favorite protein powder and spray almond milk, this dreamy, creamy treatment is entered in minutes – and you don’t even need an ice cream manufacturer. Fully customizable and approved child.
