Harry Brook achieved No. 1 in the Batting Test within 27 months


Harry Brooke became world No. 1 in Test, surpassing Joe Root. Brook put in an outstanding performance against New Zealand to secure his place at No.1. These efforts earned him the Player of the Series title and moved him up three places to seventh in the rankings.

Bowler’s Ranking

Pat Cummins’ excellent bowling techniques led him to a fourth-wicket haul of seven wickets against India in Adelaide. He overtook Ravichandran Ashwin. Jasprit Bumrah, who took four wickets in the same Test, continues to hold the top spot with 890 points.

Meanwhile, South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada is close behind Bumrah with 856 points in second place. Rabada got three crucial wickets in Gkeberha.
