Hi Hello! How are you? I hope you have a lovely week so far. Here is a crazy week here with practices, basketball players and volleyball players, so I try to be as possibly what it is that is that it is strategically with meal planning and preparation.
One of my favorite things used during the hectic weeks like this: good rotisserial chicken!
(I know it’s hot and covered with plastic, but what can you do? You can totally make your chicken, but today we are talking about fast hacks!)
The return season at school always quickly sneaks and sudden weekly dinners feel like juggling rank between homework, after school and the usual back of school. It’s funny because she felt such a cold and now that we returned to school … feel like pure chaos.
One of my favorite secret weapons for fast, healthy dinners? Rotisserie Chicken Purchased Shop. It is already cooked, gentle and crowded protein, so it reduces the preparation in half, keeping meals to healthy and satisfactory.
Today I wanted to share some of my favorite hacks for school to school using Rotisserie chicken, plus a few ideas for a quick recipe that you can continue with rotation.

Affordable Friendship: One chicken often stretches in 2-3 meals.

Fast tips for using Rotisserie chicken
Shred While warm: It’s easier to withdraw right after you get it home.
Save bones: Scrap with water, vegetables and herbs that domestic stocks are made for soups.
Warehouse properly: Keep the chopped chicken in the airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days or freeze in portions 1 cup for later.
Add fresh herbs and spices: Strongy flavors like lemon, cilantro, cumin or peppers can transform the remains into a new dish immediately.
Here are some of my mine recipes and ideas about a meal that merges in 30 minutes or less.
Quick mixing is a rescue in the weeks.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
3 cups boiled rice (rest or frozen acts great)
2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables
2 eggs, lightly fixed
2-3 tablespoon of coconut aminosa or sauce with little sodium soy
1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
Instructions:
A warm oil in a large tawa or WOC.
Add vegetables and cook until soft.
Push the vegetables on the hi, the eggs are eggs in the same pan.
Mix in rice, chicken and coconut aminos; Cook until it warms up.
Serve hot with sprinkling green port or sesame seeds. Drizzle with Srirach.

Fast, natural gluten without gluten with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes, baked or microwave while some soft
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
1/3 Cup BBK SOS (Look for Brands with a little sugar or clean ingredients)
Chopped green arc and / or cheese or feta for garnishing
Instructions:
Mix the chicken with a grill sauce in the bowl.
Divide the sweet potato and evaporate inside a fork.
Things with BBK chicken mixtures and garnish with green bow and cheese.
Perfect for Chile Evenings or when you need a meal for one pot.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
4 cups of chicken soup (domestic or purchased stores)
1 I can slice the tomato
1 cup black beans, washed
An onion
3 White Luke, minced
1/2 TSP Cumin, 1 tablespoon Chile powder, 1 tablespoon oregano
Fresh Cilantro, Limen wedges, cheese, tortilla tape for topping
Instructions:
Saute garlic and onions a few minutes in a little oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients in a large pot and bring to the stern for 20 minutes.
Set the spice to taste.
Serve hot with toppings.
Light, the option of fresh dinner that is easy to adjust.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
4 Pitas for all grain or gluten
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 Cup Purple Luka, Grounded
1/4 cup of chopped olive calamets
1/2 cup tzatziki sos or hummus
Crushed feta
Fresh mint for serving
Instructions:
Briefly hot drink in the oven or microwave.
A layer with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, arc, olives and tzatziki. Top with a fresh mint.
Wrap and serve immediately.
Series manufacturer Sunday: Shred 2 chickens, vegetables and cook rice or quinoa ahead of time. If you prefer the home chicken Rotisserie, this is the time for it! Climb it in the oven or on the tragar.
Double recipes: Make enough to use the remains for lunch next day.
Mix Up Aroma: Use various spice or sose mixtures (such as buffals, terriices or pesto) to make meals interesting.
Keep stumblets from Handy storage: Coconut aminos, salsa, canned beans, frozen vegetables and olive oil consists of a faster meal in the week.
These hacks for school entry using Rotisserie chicken, you can get a nutritious meal for less time than it takes to order. I’m a huge small planning fan, and a few shortcuts go a long way so you can think. It’s so cheaper!
