Group Ride South East and Solo at Hellier Velodrome – BionicOldGui

On Tuesday, my group took a quick drive to the southeast, visiting a small farm where they have two large pigs along the way. It was a cold but beautiful day and the hot soup at lunch was welcome afterwards.

I just caught the top of a female petunia pig. Her companion Harold was eager for lunch, so he was busy lifting a large metal feeding trough in his mouth and banging it against the fence. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it.

Yesterday was one of my tough rides, all the way to the Hellier Velodrome at Coyote Creek and back home in just under 3 hours of riding. I worked at a fast pace for almost the first two hours, then did intervals and bike workouts on the way home. I was definitely tired after I got home, mostly pleasantly so.
