Good horse riding week – Bionicoldgui


I had a fun week of riding this week. Tuesday I went “round tanks” and back and back to Casa Loma Road with my group, favorite local driving. This was on my upright wearing your and the common belt and you were tolerated. I’m still working well standing for a long period of time several times a week on upright. I could also walk a lot more without any problems. I’m glad for visiting my brother in Phoenix or other times as I travel, I like to walk a lot when cycling is not suitable for the option.

My other rides and upper body exercises went well, except on Wednesday when I became a little too busy for my heart rate while driving. It turns out that I accidentally took the additional dose of Metprolol’s night before what he kept my heart rate lower than the range I shoot. What the most I enjoy is a beautiful ride with a solid state, which usually works in average heart rate near 110 for me. I decided to concentrate to work much more and stepped on a hard driving per week. If I followed this on the letter, I should actually leave out a hard day, but I want to maintain strength and speed I already have while “building a base” in other days. I did “MF time trial” on Friday, which sees how fast you can go to the course while staying in the target heart rate, 110 for me. I rode Local course of only 7 milesthat lasted 31 minutes for 45 seconds (without electrical assistance). The idea is to repeat this once a month and if my aerobic capacity has improved time should continue to come down. It will be interesting to see how it turns out, but so far I can say that it is a very pleasant way to train.
