Ever those days where your digest feels off And you just feel … Blah?
It’s not sick, it’s not great … just kind of swollen, slow, not you?
I was completely there and I found it How I eat in those days can make such Difference.
Morning:
I start my day with my hormone balancing color (I always add Miss Congeniality Mood Reinforcement – It’s a staple in my routine). I hate my breakfast super simple: protein or egg puller + sour with avocado. Nothing too hard.
Lunch:
I’m going to easily comfortable food, usually something like ground soil with jasmine rice and baked zucchini. Warm, nervous and gentle on my stomach.
In the afternoon:
I always take me Bloat is gone Before and after a meal in such days, digestive enzymes and herbs help reduce swelling and support hunger digesting when things feel. It was a gift gifted for me.
Dinner:
Something like grilled salmon with baked sweet potatoes and frozen greenery. My goal is warm, cooked vegetables instead of RAW, is much easier to digest.
Bonus advice:
I skip sparkling water, rubber and raw cross vegetables (such as broccoli or cologetes) when I feel. They always worsen.
If you ever feel like your fault is turned off, try to give your bowel a little extra love that day. It doesn’t have to be complicated, just intentionally.
I hope this helps you feel more in line with your body.
