Dancing with the stars pro Ezra Sosa jokingly suggested that the man was a suspect in the murder of the CEO of United Healthcare Brian Thompson become his partner in season 34.
Sosa, 24, accepted TikTok on Tuesday, December 10, to share a smiling photo of the suspect, Luigi Mangioneto highlight the couple’s physical similarities.
Captioning the snap, “he’s gonna be my partner in season 34 🥵🙂↔🤤 #dvts,” Sosa also snapped a photo of himself blending into a photo of Mangione, 26, before shaking his head with laughter as he absorbed his hair and features faces in the mirror of the couple.
Mangione is suspected of shooting and killing Thompson outside the entrance of the New York Hilton Midtown hotel in New York on Wednesday, December 4. After a five-day manhunt, Mangione was arrested in Pennsylvania on Monday, December 9, while eating at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

According to CNN, Mangione has been charged with murder and faces four additional charges, including one count of forgery and possession of a firearm.
Sosa’s fans were quick to see the comedy in the professional dancer’s post, with one fan writing: ‘Honestly surprised Ryan Murphy he hasn’t invited you for your resume yet. You were the first person I thought of LMAO,” while another commented: “Ezra, you need to enter the character competition.”

Sosa isn’t the only high-profile figure rocked by the shooting. Social media influencer Caroline Calloway claimed on Monday that she has her relationship with Mangione.
“OMG GUYS HE LITERALLY KILLER THE CEO OF UNITED HEALTHCARE,” Calloway, 33, wrote via Ks that day. In a follow-up tweet, she wrote: “Ok so technically he wasn’t the killer when we fucked. … That I know of. But still!!!!”

Sosa is no stranger to stirring up controversy via TikTok. With more than 502,000 followers on the social media platform, Sosa recently used it to express his thoughts on was discussed DVTS the rules.
When a social media user referenced Derek Hough and Sean Johnson EastSeason 15 performance via TikTok last month, questioning whether it was fair that the duo lost points after breaking a hold during a quickstep performance, Sosa responded with his thoughts.
“The rules are getting looser and looser every year!” Sosa wrote in a reply to the Nov. 17 post: “Before (sic) it wasn’t ok but now it is.”
Sosa was partnered with Anna Delvey for season 33 of the hit reality TV series. Serving as the show’s newest pro, Sosa led the pair to a 12th-place finish.
