I took advantage of the opportunity to direct my students through the process of art journalist in a creative and visually enchanted manner. Using tools such as stickers, markers, pastries, magazines, and even decorative gift wrapped, I showed how hard artistic sites in the magazine to become a canvas for self-expression.

The testimony of the inspiration that followed in my students during this course, moves me deeply and made me extend the discussion about art magazines in the shielly audience here on Decor8. Benefits are boundless, and I am convinced that both of my students, you can also experience a significant positive impact by moving on this creative journey.

That is why I believe that it is essential to find the imports for self-expression, thinking and rejuvenation that also allows us to start and fulfill a relatively easy task.

Art journalists does that. It is focused, introspective journey that offers countless advantages, nurturing and mental well-being and art growth. I like it because sometimes I don’t feel like I’m writing in my magazine, or just don’t miss the words or I don’t feel the mood for writing. Having an empty page before me fill in words sometimes they can feel like a task, but I have the same empty page to be filled with quite beautiful stickers and stickers and exclusion of magazines, aquarium colors, etc.

I love how art journalists provide an unfiltered outlet for our thoughts, emotions and ideas. It is a safe space to release your creativity – to enter the flow – without judgment or restrictions. Through colors, lines, shapes and words you can communicate feelings that could be too complex for words themselves. The act of translating your inner world on paper can be incredibly liberating, helping you gain clarity and insight into your thoughts and emotions.

The rhythmic movement of sketching, images or ignition can help shifting your focus from worry and stress. It also helps relieve stress and encourage attention. While immersed in the process of making, you are at the present moment, cultivate a state of care that facilitates anxiety and promote relaxation. The tactile experience of using art materials and seeing your creativity revives, adds a tactile dimension of practice, improving therapeutic effects.

This form of journalists also opens you for experimentation. You are free to try new techniques, combine unexpected elements and explore different artistic styles. How do you see that your skills are developing and your artistic voice develop, your trust as a creator grows naturally, affects how to access challenges in other areas of your life. Creating interesting artistic sites encourages you to think outside the box. While experimenting, you want to solve problems and critical-thinking. These cognitive benefits are stretching outside your pages, affecting your access to everyday obstacles and encouraging a more adaptable way of thinking.

Scrolling the pages of your art magazine is like re-examining the chapter of your life and personal growth trips. Each page captures a snapshot of your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a given time, so be sure to meet with your pages! Over weeks, months and years, you will testify for your evolution as an insert as an individual.
