Essem brings Classic Swedish Inheritance Inheritance

A well-organized entrance sets tone for the rest of the home – there we salute with friends and family, healthy and goodbye, after all – and know this better than Swedish brands Me. Since the 1930s, the company has perfected the art of functional, permanent design with everything from bench to hip. And since we can’t all go to Sweden, Essem brings his inheritance design, marking his debit of the United States with new Classic collection from Kauppi & Kauppi. With fresh downloads of Esem’s loved 1959. Classic Classic Classic Hat Stac and new design to complete the family, a collection mixed heritage with a modern style in a cheerful sequence.

Although the original classic hat stand, Gunnar Bolin, was created in another era, her timeless form never went from style – cementing it as an icon in the history of Swedish design. Inspired by its elegant curved corners and functional simplicity, Kauppi & Kauppi Attend the original design while adapting it to today’s homes. The “hat stand is such an iconic and recognizable item with its simple, direct form, made of bent metal pipes and straight networks,” Kauppi and Kauppi explain. “Our design was supposed to contribute and expand the range with a completely new and independent design, using some classic materials and dimensions – but also add something new, pointing to a new direction.”

Each part in a new classical balancing usefulness with a touch of playfulness. Similar desktop coats grow with a transparent, top-like bow, while the hallway mirror doubles as a storage solution with integrated keys or hats. Slim Peg rail, hook loop that resembles the stack for the 1950s and the buttons on the wall in two sizes keep mess from the floor while adding graphic simplicity to the wall. Stay faithful for company values, each piece is designed to last, with interchangeable parts and a thoughtful construction that ensure longevity. Completed in the Esse’s signature “Sun Yellow”, these functional facilities become happy focal points, lighten even the most raparial spaces.
