I mentioned in the last post that I decided to return my amount of exercise to what my cardiologist actually thinks I’m doing. This operates for 90 minutes a day on average cycling cycling, with 3 upper body power in 30 minutes each week. This still allows me to get several soul cruises from 2 to 2 hours 1 hour. What was mostly changed was that my longest days did not exceed 2 1/2 hours, and hard days were shorter than they were. That felt awesome after a few days worth. And it’s much easier to fit all about it.
Last Tuesday my group and I also rode southeastern Morgan Hill up in the hills, ending in the Gilroy Sports Complex, and then I loop on Blvd Santa Teresa on our stopping lunch. This was on my upright and felt great. Now I tolerate longer upright driving, including the view, without and Si’s wrists or sciatica. I think all the last PT I’m doing pay.
Wednesday, I made my first solid ride on a new schedule, which was shorter than in the past 90 minutes. This meant 40 minutes of cruising followed by some intervals. To avoid too much without breath, which I am not sure is good for my aortic valve, I haven’t worked more intervals, instead of deciding for shorter sprint intervals, as well as strength training on bike. I tried something new that stands in high equipment while he was postponed uphill. With my “Stalant”, it was set to mention hereI can do it very erect. By doing it while pulling on bars is nice burdened so it’s good for spine and legs. This was comfortable, so I’ll add it to the repertoire. Yesterday was a hard day of the upper body, which was a 30-minute drive on hand drive and isometric training with resistance bands, and then riding a 45-minute recovery.
