Dr. Terry Dubrow more difficult Brandi Glanville’s health problems.
The Botched the doctor said he was worried about what was going on with the Real housewives starry face and offered to help with the interview with TMZpublished on Thursday, December 12.
“I saw one of her interviews and I saw a picture of her, the one where she’s puffy, the one where she’s really deflated with irregular skin,” Dubrow, 66, told the magazine. “Here’s the thing, here’s what Brandi really needs to focus on… and it’s not her fault, it’s her doctor’s fault. Brandi needs a diagnosis.”
Glanville, 52, previously claimed that her condition it could be due to “parasites on the face”, but Dubrov does not believe this to be the case.
“She has to find out if there are microorganisms there,” he said. “It’s not going to be a parasite, it’s not going to be something she ate, it’s going to be from something that got into her bloodstream.”
Dubrow added that he’s worried about what could happen to the reality star if she doesn’t get the diagnosis she needs soon.
“She’s like a ticking time bomb.” “Every minute that microorganism is allowed to stay in her skin and do potential damage, she could be suffering worse because of it,” Dubrow added. “It could be more difficult to treat and it could form more scars and more nodules.” So Brandi needs a diagnosis. She probably needs surgery to get a piece of tissue and figure out what’s going on.
Sharing a message directly to Glanville via TMZ, Dubrow offered to help if needed.
“Brandi, if you can’t get a diagnosis and you need help, then Botched doctors they are there for you,” he said.
Glanville has been open about her health struggles. She previously shared a photo of her facial deformities and revealed that she did spent $70,000 looking for answers about what causes it.
“Honestly, I’ve had so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests… I did $10,000 worth of lab work,” she said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight published on Tuesday, December 10. “I’ve done every test under the sun… They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’ That, you know, is new.”
Glanville explained that before the doctor theorized that she was potentially infected with a parasite, she experienced “swelling” and “couldn’t speak.” When she sought treatment, some medical professionals thought the problem might have been old facial fillers that were dissolving. However, Glanville stated that she hadn’t done any fillers in a while and the first one had already dissolved.
Glanville also initially thought about food poisoning in Morocco while filming The Real Housewives: The Ultimate Girls Outing may have caused the problem.
According to Glanville, she has a decent idea of where the parasite lives under her face. Although she could not see the organism with her own two eyes, she could see and feel it move. If Glanville “messes with it,” it will jump to another area and appear as “tiny bubbles popping” on her skin.
In addition to the problems affecting her face, Glanville said the parasite also produces a lot of fluid that her lymph nodes can’t drain properly.
