Sharing a recipe for a domestic protein ice cream that is rich and tasty; Perfect healthy piece or bite for protein!
Hi friends! How’s your day going? I hope you are wonderfully in the morning. How about a little breakfast ice cream? Ok, stay with me, it’s not that rude while it sounds! It’s one of my favorite health recipes and you can enjoy breakfast after workout!
I have a super easy and delicious recipe to share today with you a delicious domestic ice cream protein!

We all know that the protein is important. Not only is the most satisfactory macroProtein is also a construction block for our cells. It is important in the fitness world, because it can help us build and keep muscles, which is especially crucial as old. We want to build and protect our muscles to help our bones and protect our metabolism, because muscle is “smooth” than fat and has greater energy consumption.

This protein ice cream is a creamy and delicious dessert, which packs the phenomenal protein serving. It is a great way to add a variety with your protein sources while enjoying the sweet epistle. Today I share a prescription with you so you can recreate it at home!
This high protein ice cream recipe is a great healthy treatment, especially because this includes some healthy fat (from coconut milk) and you can add any toppings you like, including peanuts or fruit. Note that this should not be a substitute for * Real * traditional ice cream if you deserve it, but it is not “other” ice cream of ice cream sending with frozen bananas. If you crave a regular ice cream like Ben and Jerry and try to make it as a replacement, it will not fill the emptiness for you. 😉 Drink something of the actual agreement, enjoy it and continue your life.
However, if you have already had protein shakes and want to add another option full of protein and want something to taste like sweet sent, give this whirlwind! You can eat every day as part of a balanced plan that includes skinny protein, smart carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Make sure the container of your ice cream producer is frozen! If it’s not, prepare that day before making ice cream. You can also make an ice cream in a branch vessel, but will have a different texture.
In the pot of the stove, add milk, chocolate chips, vanilla and sea salt and get into stones. How chocolate chips melts, whisk in protein powder. Dip a spoon in the mixture (be sure to let it cool before the tasting!) And add any sweetener you want as needed.
Pour the mixture into ice cream manufacturer (I love my ninja cream) and turn it on. It will take 20-30 minutes until the soft consistency of service is soft. Put the mixture into a fertile container for a tighter ice cream and freeze for 3-4 hours. (You can also use a blender or food processor in a pinch.)
Eject all portions you would like and enjoy! Add any topping or mix below to customize your tastes!

Delicious option of a healthy dessert with a dose of protein. Add to any mixture and adjust it, but you want to want!
3 Powder protein steers optionally – whey proteins and pea proteins will work the best. This step is important and be sure to use protein powder you love! If you are looking for ideas, try out sludges or now food (use a fitness for 20% discount). Choose protein powder that has a good texture and tastes good – this is crucial. You can use vanilla protein powder or chocolate protein powder, depending on the way of ice cream in the aroma.
2 Coconut milk cans in full fat – you can also use unsweetened almond milk, but coconut milk will give it a rich taste and texture. If you are not dairy, you can absolutely use the entire milk (which I recommend for taste, texture and nutrients on milk covering)
1 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of sea salt

Add 1/2 tablespoon of pepper extract and crushed holiday candy-ish
Top with peanut butter or turned into ice cream manufacturer
Add chocolate chips or melt some chocolate chips on top
GORDT in a little jam
Top with fresh berries
Mix a little minced espresso beans into ice cream manufacturer (and use coffee instead of water!)
Add almond extract on vanilla protein ice cream for beautiful almond aroma and top with bolded almonds
Add unsweetened coconuts and bakers
