Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of sexual assault by three other alleged victims, Us Weekly can confirm.
According to documents obtained Thursday, Dec. 12, the unnamed victims allege that Diddy, 55, drugged and sexually assaulted them. The earliest claims in the documents were in 2019.
Two of the defendants said they went to hotels with the rapper, and one claimed they were raped at his home in the Hamptons. (One claimed that Didi raped him in his suite at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan, the same location where he was arrested in September.)
All three alleged victims claim they accepted alcoholic beverages from Didi, alleging that they passed out and regained consciousness when he sexually assaulted them.
One defendant claimed that the alleged rape was filmed by Diddy’s associates, who then paid him $2,500 on behalf of the music mogul. The other two alleged victims did not claim they were paid.
One alleged victim claimed Diddy told them that going to the police would make them “look like idiots,” adding that he would “never (be able) to back up his claims against Combs” because of his star status.
The same prosecutor also alleged that men from Didi’s entourage called his cell phone to “threaten and intimidate” him into keeping quiet after the sexual assault.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged victims did not come forward with their stories because of fear and humiliation. (TMZ was the first to report the new claims.)
Didi’s lawyers are in a statement for U.S. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement said. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against any unethical lawyer who filed trumped-up charges against him.”
The new wave of lawsuits comes months after Diddi’s arrested in New York and accused of sex trafficking and racketeering and transportation for prostitution. He has denied all the charges against him and currently remains in prison.
“Mr. “Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement said. U.S in October. “The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
Diddy was refused bail four times. His trial is scheduled to begin in 2025.
