One of Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ alleged victims are opening up for the first time about being sexually assaulted by the rapper.
Anonymous John Doewho filed a lawsuit against Combs in October, shared his experience with CNN on Tuesday, December 10. His voice and face were hidden for the interview.
According to Doe, the alleged assault occurred in 2007 when he was working for a private security firm that was hired to one of Didi’s white parties in the Hamptons. (CNN reports that Doe’s original complaint related to an incident that occurred in 2006; Diddi’s White Party was held in St. Tropez that year. Doe’s attorney has since amended the complaint.)
In response to the CNN story, Didi’s team released the following statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 11: “After (attorney Tony) Buzbee was exposed this week to pressure clients to deliver false cases against Mr. Combsand after public records showed that — contrary to his claims — there were no white people in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to back off the claims and now claim it’s a different day and a completely different year.
During his interview with CNN on Tuesday, Doe recalled feeling “some effect after his ‘first drink'” at the party. At first he thought the drinks were just “really strong.”
“It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was too late — that I realized there was something wrong with the drinks,” the defendant claimed during his CNN interview. “Unfortunately, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings.”
Doe said he “couldn’t stand,” recalling that he was two drinks felt more like 15. He added: “It was just an incredible level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before and I felt powerless.”

Diddy was reportedly “watching from a vantage point” at the party.
“One time I was in a helpless position and he was sure he was in a position of power, so he took advantage of the situation,” Doe said, adding that Didi pushed him into a vehicle before the alleged attack.

“I was screaming, telling him to stop,” he recalled. “It was incredibly painful and he acted like it was nothing and seemed to be disconnected from it.” But it was offensive beyond belief.”
Doe claimed that “a prominent” guest at the party witnessed the alleged incident and “found it amusing.”
Doe also told his supervisor at a private security firm about the alleged assault, but his concerns were “dismissed.”
“He didn’t talk to me after that, he shut me out of everything,” Doe said of his former boss. “After that I was completely blacklisted. I had to find another field.”
Doe also told CNN that the alleged assault led to the breakdown of his marriage, but court documents filed in October show that Doe was never married. CNN reported Tuesday that Doe’s attorney has since filed a motion to amend the complaint.
Didi was arrested in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He has fierce denied all the charges against him and remains in prison.
