Before: Here is a peeker to an original base bathroom of 58 square meters from the bedroom. One-sink vanity hugged the wall behind the animal room and the make-up cells. (See pre-and after floor plans below.) “This was not only the basic renovation of the bathroom, this was the reconfiguration of the primary apartment,” Siddiku says. “The bathroom was a dark and small space, and one of the solutions stretched into the bedroom to use insufficiently used square footage.”

Inside, dark wooded wood vanity with a black granite contradiction offered cramped storage and minimal care space. Tan walls and beige ceramic floor flood did not do much to raise the mood.

Through vanity, the shower cable Combo with Cartest with the fabric filled the space, while the toilet is drawn in Nis only just a window in the bathroom. “Maintaining the restroom at the same location, we could not only save costs, but hear the privacy for the toilet while entering the bathroom,” Siddiku says.

Siddikui uses Huzz Pro Software to maintain projects on the road, from scheduling selections. “We also create ideas for all our projects,” he says. “This allows our clients to convey their sympathies and dislikes. It is the starting point.”

After: Siddiku has removed vanity, shower cable, toilet and floor. From this angle you can see the outline of the sloping roof above the former rest of the niche, now home to an upgraded white ADA compatible, one-part elongated toilet.Siddikui pushed the bathroom bathroom to the bedroom to get 20 square meters. “Taking some square footage from the bedroom and applying it to the bathroom, she gave more space for luxury shower and double vanity,” he says.

The neutral pallet sets the soothing tone with Greige walls (available beige sherwin-williams), crispy white ceiling and white lining with satin finish. French mosaic tiles in fan pattern, pulled with soft white mortars, cover the floor. “The owner of the house is inspired by the bathroom of friends we worked in the past,” Siddiku says. “Mermer can sometimes catch a cold. Introducing the softer geometry with fan patterns helped out the feeling of space.” The floor is framed in marble tiles of 12 to 24 inches, cut into size, for polished target.

The existing window keeps space light and airy, while a new profile, an energy efficient exhausted fan improves ventilation. The four inch LED built-in the lamp in the ceiling provide clean, even lighting wide.

Before: An empty wall once sat on the right of the bathroom door. “The reconfiguration of the bathroom is indeed determined and the rest of the apartment,” Siddiku says. “We wanted us to have a bathroom door and a closet in the bedroom opposite each other. The turning of the sink from that wall allowed us to move the bathroom door.”

After: Movided bathroom door with white coating now sit on the left, while the finished 60-inch double vanity occupies a former blank wall. The light oak of the drifty tree is characterized by solid wooden legs, framed door and drawers, satin nickel hardware, sinks and light gray quartz countertop and back. “Vanity brought warmth into the space,” said Siddiku. “Since we used a lot of marble there, the natural tree adds warmth.”

Above, a few mirrors of 18 to 30 inches have manually designed linings with beads with champagne, adding visual interest and depth. The towel ring between the mirror keeps hand towels from the counter. Two lamps with pendants mounted on the ceiling with Opal Etched Glass and the brushed nickel ends inputing vanity. “One of the things we really gave a lot about how much space was on the wall itself,” Siddiku says. “The size of the mirror did not allow us a lot of wall space. By changing and installing the light on the ceiling, it made it unique and also gave homeowners in artificial light that needed in vanity.”

Pony wall that separates vanity from the shower is topped with adjusted tempered glass panel. “By placing a custom glass case, it allows the bathroom to feel light and open,” Siddiku says. “Allows the light to enter the existing window to spread evenly.”

The shower itself is designed for luxury, with a 12-inch shower head, on a wall shower head, three tablespoons and a valve from balanced pressure, all in brushed nickel.

Shower walls and niche Back are covered with marble tiles of 3 to 12 inches that coordinate with a fan-shaped mosaic on and shower and main floors in the bathroom. “We strongly believe that simplicity goes a long way,” Siddiku says. “By disturbing the same material and geometric change, it is an equation for a very elegant solution.” The drilling burry to shower echoes the crispy white quartz used for shower curbs and nile shelves.

Before – and after: These floor plans show the original schedule on the left and refreshed design on the right, with the bathroom in the upper left corner of each.

Originally one-sink vanity hugged the wall next to the bathroom door, with a combination of showering around the world, next to the toilet.

In the updated plan, the bathroom’s bathroom is pushed into the base bedroom, consists of shower space and spacious double vanity moved to a new wall. “Reinfiguring space, we managed to optimize storage,” Siddiku says. “It doesn’t always have to be an additive or something extreme. The reconsidering of space can allow you to think of a solution.”
