This empty Pama in Blacksburg, Virginia, plans to stay in her 1980s, Golf for Golf, to come. With these long-term plans, they wanted a basic bathroom that could remain stylish and functional well into the future. But their existing space had a cramped look with two small correctnesses on separate walls, current open shelves, a massive step that has eaten floor space and dark stallion. The large ceiling beam stretched over the room, further chopping the space.
One savings of grace was a window of the image with a beautiful view of the lush landscape. Wishing you to save that view while creating a ventilation, the couple turned into the ideas. Then they hired project designer Susan Davidson and Manager Manager Logan Lavrence of Blue Ridge design. The new vertical air is allowed that the zone ceiling opened from one side of the room. The wood from the yellow birch on the family farm inspired by the design of rustic details and double-mazers with tower space. The elevated zone of wet rooms with open shower and detached bath now adds a load of similar spa.

Wet room floor: Relic Umber, Vintage Hek Collection, Dartile
The pony wall with tempered glass panels helps that shower spray contains in the wet room. Large 12-b-24-inch beige of porcelain tiles with marble appearance and matte finish, shower wet rooms and wall behind the bathtub. “They went to light and breathable,” Davidson said.
The open shower features a 10-inch shower head, a hand shower on sliders and a lubricated valve, all in brushed nickel. Harmonization Grab Bar adds security. “The beam tape is also a grab bar here,” says Davidson. “And if necessary, they can embed a standalone chair.”
Wall tile: timeless line in 12K24 Essence Beige, Kualis Ceramica
The corner angular angular shower is plied with elegant marble and limestone mosaics that are imperceptibly mixed with a wall plate. “It doesn’t usually work because it requires someone unique framing in the wall,” Lawrence says. “They chose it because they wanted something unique, but also something that was hidden from sight when you enter the bathroom.”
Here is a partially visible valve for the pressure and shower balancing. “They wanted them to have access before they enter the shower,” Davidson said.
Tiles: Panaro Blend, DALTLE
Before: The former bathroom had floors beige tiles, a combination of white colored and walls on walls and two small traditional wooden wooden placed on various walls. The cells of the makeup without the Sudolara sat on the middle left wall. Open shelves next to one vanity is added to some feeling. “The warehouse was a big question for them,” Davidson said.
The jam for the curtain stops was behind the wall with open shelves and a ceiling beam that extends through the width of the room. The door mirrors in the background led to the base bedroom. The small window on the back left wall offered a chance to close it and create more wall space for extended vanity.

Developments have a finish in wheat color, modified door shaker and straight lady front. “They really tried to match the forest from the family farm,” Davidson said. Each vanity includes a tower with transitions to add storage. Matte Porcelain floor tiles in gray and earthy tones bring a rich texture and variation.
To compensate the removed window, the new roof light with farm wood brings natural light. “They were really worried about having enough light,” Davidson said. Jacka door with space saves now connects to the base bedroom.

Tapline have front faux fronts for trays that turn to discover storage trays for easy access to small interference and medication. Durable quartz counters and backs have an ivory with a warm wind. “We were able to give them a very functional basic bathroom with two people,” Lawrence says.
