Apartment V Remages Industrial Heritage with a modern life

In the heart of Emionid, Greece, former machine workshops received a vibrating new identity as a dynamic and modern living space. Apartment VAnastazasia Project of Naki No CenteleBreathes a new life in a single industrial environment, integrating modern design elements during payment tribute to its past.

The passage of 807 square meters, the residence is strategically designed to optimize natural light. Wall of glass blocks surrounds the front entrance that allows the light to enter the space, and also a privacy priority. With only one external facade, the architectural team set its design to flood the interior with daily light, improving both ambience and energy efficiency.

The look is designedly structured, sharing a house in two primary zones. The private section, which contains two bedrooms and a bathroom, is available via a corridor that extends from the kitchen. Meanwhile, the public area of ​​the apartment is an expansive, housing area of ​​an open plan that combines different functions without compressing comfort or aesthetic attraction.

Defining the renewal characteristics is a suspended steel attic – in red cherries seen in the entire space – which serves multiple purposes. Heaving above the kitchen and dining room, this area of ​​Mezzanin acts as an additional zone of relaxation, form a height perception in the room at the same time. The elevated structure provides a sense of intimacy, which equalized generous boundaries of high 14 feet. By involving this level, the design maintains an open connection between different parts of the apartment, and simultaneously ensures a warm and attractive atmosphere.

Leading to Mezanin and suspended from the back of the kitchen island, the floating staircase makes up a 90-degree transitive attack and continues to the top with the added treads that tie red between the two floors.

The choice of materials reflects and the industrial history of space and a bold contemporary vision. The red steel frame Sicenses design, echoing the original function of the building, while stainless steel furniture boosts an industrial aesthetics. To balance these raw, robust elements, the interior contains tines green marble, bold tiles, thick textiles and crude plywood and crude plywood – each add texture and heat into space.
