Aaron Taylor-Johnson, wife Sam steps out with kids at movie premiere

Aaron Taylor-Johnson and wife Sam Taylor-Johnson she rarely appeared on the red carpet with her eldest daughters.

Aaron, 34, and Sam, 57, went for a matching look as they attended the premiere of his film in New York Kraven the Hunter on Tuesday, December 10. They joined the couple Sam’s daughters Angelica (27) and Jessie (18), who he shares with his ex-husband Jai Jopling.

Sam’s oldest children had not previously attended events with their mother and stepfather. In addition to Angelica and Jesse’s co-parentingAaron shares daughters Wilda Rae, 13, and Romy Hero, 12, with Sam.

The couple, who married in 2012, began dating after Aaron auditioned for a role in Nowhere BoySam’s directorial debut, 2008. The actor has previously spoken about his aspirations to be a father, noting that he was 10 or 11 the first time considered the establishment of a family.

“I wanted to have a big family.” I knew I would be a young father. “I knew I was going to have a lot of kids,” Aaron said Esquires June 2023. “Teenagers, man. I have teenagers.”

Then Aaron explained how fatherhood has affected his decision to take a break from acting.

“I wanted, purely, to be with my babies,” he shared. “I didn’t want to be taken away from them.” I struggled with how that would be. I would say that I probably wasn’t ready to be in that position (of success) anyway — it was too soon. But yeah, I also didn’t give af—k a little.”

Aaron continued, “In my opinion, an actor going from job to job gets fucking boring. You know someone is going to pick you up, take you to work, put on your makeup, tell you, “Here’s your sign. These are your turns. You’re fucking awesome!’ And on to the next job. F—k off. I’m sure people dream about it. If this is what you want to do, that’s great. It does not feed my soul. I enjoy the normality of things, everyday things. I get my kids ready in the morning, take them to school and activities — that’s enough. It feeds my soul.”

Both Aaron and Sam spoke candidly about it their 20 year age differencewhich caused conflicting opinions online.

“I literally found my soulmate.” I feel so blessed: I wake up happy every day. “We spend every minute of the day together,” said Sam The Sunday Times UK 2017. “My friends call him Benjamin Button because he has — on the outside — such youth, but on the inside he is so wise and composed. He doesn’t like parties. She likes to be at home and cook for the family. He likes to walk the dogs. He loves his chickens – he collects eggs and makes breakfast for everyone. He is an amazing man.”

Two years later, the director said Daily Beast she he hoped to set a positive example for other couples. “We’ve been together for over a decade,” she said. “It doesn’t worry me, and it’s not something that’s hard to talk about because it’s such a positive story, that a decade later we’re together and working together and raising a strong family together.” It can be a positive message for people there.”
