All’s fair in love and football Cade York and Zoe Dale.
York, an NFL kicker for the Cincinnati Bengals, and Dale, who is a Dallas Cowboys cheerleaderare an item from the summer of 2024 despite various football connections.
“(Our teams) play on Monday, and I said, ‘Well, Zoe, we’ll see you at home no matter what.’ York told reporters December 2024 “It’s pretty cool. … She will be rooting for me. It will be great. She already told me (during) the second quarter, and the fourth is when she’s on the visitors’ side, so I’ll have to sneak a few smiles into her.”
The Bengals and Cowboys faced off at the Texas team’s home stadium on December 9, 2024. It was York’s first game for the Bengals after being removed from the practice squad. He even scored a field goal during the game.
“Glory to God,” Dale was heard saying from his seat on the sidelines.
After York’s team won the game, he ran to the sidelines to reunite with Dale for a victory kiss.
York was originally drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2022 and traded to the Washington Commanders two years later. After playing one game with the Commanders, he was waived in September 2024 before being signed by the Bengals.
Dale, for her part, first joined the DCC team in July 2023. In 2024, she successfully auditioned for her second year with the team. (The fan team is a particular theme of Netflix America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders documentary series.)
