A noise complaint and a bottle of champagne caused the transformation of this small apartment in Madrid

After a day of conducting studies, Gon ArchitectsGonzalo Pardo returned to his apartment in Madrid ready to sleep, where he would have stayed had it not been for the constant music from his neighbor’s apartment. Pardo knocked on the door of his neighbor, Filip Muñoz Cuellar, asking if he could refuse. The next morning, Philip left a bottle of champagne with a note of apology on Pardo’s doorstep. The pair shared it that night and a fruitful friendship was born.
