Since when is he acting on The Simple Life, Paris Hilton went on to star in several of her own reality TV shows.
Hilton made her reality TV debut The Simple Life beside Nicole Richie. The series, which featured two wealthy socialites running menial jobs, ran from 2003 to 2007. After the show’s cancellation, Hilton went on to star in several other reality shows, including My new best friend Paris Hilton from 2008 to 2009, The world towards Paris in 2011, Cooking with Paris in 2021 and Paris in love from 2021 to 2024.
More than 20 years later The Simple LifeHilton revealed that she and Richie are teaming up again for a new reality series.

‘The Simple Life’
Hilton and Richie starred The Simple Life from 2003 to 2007 on E!. The show featured two women traveling across the US and picking up odd jobs along the way. Due to the show’s success, both Richie and Hilton became famous – and both credit the show for getting them to where they are now.
“Filming this series with @nicolerichie was one of the most special, funniest, and iconic moments of my life 😜,” Hilton wrote in Instagram post December 2023 “I’m so lucky to have these amazing memories!”
‘Paris Hilton is my new friend’
One year after the conclusion The Simple LifeHilton has created a new competition reality show called My new best friend Paris Hilton. The MTV show, which ran from 2008 to 2009, followed 16 women and three men as they competed in several challenges in an attempt to become Hilton’s new best friend. The series also produced two international versions: British best friend Paris Hilton in 2009 and Paris Hilton’s Dubai BFF in 2011.
‘The World Towards Paris’
After the success of My new friend Paris Hilton, Hilton launched another oxygen series, The world towards Pariswhich focused on her everyday life including her relationships with family, friends and her then boyfriend Ci Whites. The series lasted only one season in 2011.
‘Cooking with Paris’
Ten years later The world of ParisIn 2021, Hilton launched a six-part reality cooking show on Netflix, which lasted for just one season. The show followed the reality star as she learned new recipes alongside her celebrity friends such as Kim Kardashian, Nicky Glazer, Demi Lovato, Kathy Hilton and more.
‘Paris in Love’
The same year she was released Cooking with Paris, Hilton also made his debut Paris in love on Peacock, which covered her wedding planning Carter Rheumthe birth of her first son, Phoenix, and planning her first concert.
‘Paris & Nicole: Encore’
More than 20 years later The Simple LifeHilton teamed up with Richie again for a three-part special.
“I’m so proud of what we’ve created with The Simple Life,” Hilton told us in December 2024. “And now it’s a great 20-year reunion celebration, and just seeing how much we’ve grown and how far we’ve come, and what we are just amazing women, wives and mothers, it makes me so proud.”
She added: “Nobody makes me laugh like Nicole and I think that’s why people loved the original series, because I feel like people can relate when you have your best friend who you have your secret language with.” … Everyone has a best friend like that.”
